Is there a way to set a reminder when a subsequent appointment is made?  I and my customers like the reminder for their initial appointment!

As long as subsequent appointments are being made through a Calendly event type, you can setup all sorts of workflows on whatever you’d like.

I’m not sure of you exact setup, but we’ve had a lot of host really enjoy having a “kickoff” event type which has all sorts of welcome and next step sort of content in the before and after workflows and then a “normal” event type which would just have reminders and a simple after email reminding the invitee of how to book their next appointment or other relevant next steps.
