Follow these steps to submit an email ticket:

  1. Click the chatbot in the bottom-right corner of any Calendly page.
    NO CHATBOX ANYWHERE
  2. Request to submit an email ticket.
    NO EMAIL  ADDRESS PROVIDED
  3. If prompted, sign in to your account.
    I DID
  4. Select Open an email ticket with a Support Agent.
    NO OPEN A TICKET LINK
  5. Provide as many details as possible and send your message.
    EDUCATION DISCOUNT, but given the level of support, this is probably a good sign not to move forward with this platform?

In this case, you can email support@calendly.com about getting your education discount. They’ll be able to assist you from there.

The main issue is I am trying to upgrade to the Education program.  How do I do that?
THe fact that I could not reach support is secondary, although a bit concerning should I need help in the future.
I appreciate the quick reply.

In this case, if you haven’t already, you can email support@calendly.com with the subject “Education Discount”. They’ll be able to assist you in getting your account moved over!
