Switch to a montly billing cylce

Question

I am looking to add seats for a short period of time, but because I have a yearly plan, it will only let me add seats for a yearly rate. How do I fix this so I can pay for additional seats for just a month or two. I tried cancelling my account and starting over but it makes me restore my substription before making changes.
