Switching Event Type, when client chooses the wrong one...

Hello, how do I switch the event to the correct one, when the client chose the wrong one when they set up the appointment?

Hi @Freedom Finder!

When this happens, it’s usually best to cancel the event and rebook for the client using the correct event (just use your event page like the client would; enter their information from the cancelled event). You can find more info on doing this here.
