Is it possible to have a Shopify product for say a 10-week classroom booking with a specific time/date. The client then wants it that when a buyer purchases the available time/date, this then syncs and updates their calendly booking schedule. Is this achievable, i.e. using automation tools such Zapeier or Make?

I found that Zapier does have an integration for Calendly > Shopify. Check it out here!
As far as the precise capabilities of that integration, I am not the expert - since it’s Zapier’s integration and not ours - but it does say that it can automate any workflow! These are some of the examples they have posted:
