Sync Calendly with outlook but confirmed appts don't show in outlook

Hi. I synced my outlook calendar with Calendly, appts don’t show on my outlook calendar. Why is that ? can somebody help?

    Hey @Hang11346!

    Thanks for reaching out here! The first thing you’ll want to check here is ensuring the Outlook calendar is set as the Add To Calendar on your Calendar Connections page. Keep in mind, you can only have one calendar to add events to at a time. You can find this option here:
     

     

    Could you try changing this, then scheduling a new test event? Let us know if this works!
