Good morning,

I am in the Free offer
Synchronization with Google calendar works: when a person makes an appointment, it is displayed in my Google calendar, if they cancel it the appointment is mentioned as canceled.
On the other hand, if I postpone the appointment in the Google calendar or duplicate the appointment, the person is not informed and the Meetings dashboard is not up to date.
Is this normal?

Yes, this behavior is normal. If you postpone (reschedule) or duplicate the event in Google Calendar, the previously associated notifications through Calendly don’t trigger. You’d need to take those actions within Calendly for them to work.
