Text messaging

I have text messaging activated in workflows. Unfortunately due to the amount of appointments, I have used all the allocation two weeks before the end of the month. Since the text messages have not being delivered my engagement has plummeted. After talking to the help desk, the only way to purchase additional texts (which I don't mind doing) is to purchase additional seats, which is cost prohibitive. Is there a work-around for this issue?

There’s no workaround at this time. Additional text messages can only be obtained by purchasing additional seats as Help Desk mentioned.
