Text reminder workflow for specific clients

Hi!

I currently use workflows to email a reminder 24 before and then a text reminder 1 hour before. However, I have a few clients that requested texts 24 hours before since they don’t check emails. 

Is there a way to set something up where I can have just a few selected clients get 24 hour text reminders? I don’t want everyone to get them because that’s just too much.

Hi Bruce05072,

 

Unfortunately Calendly doesn’t support that level specificity in regards to Basic Notifications or Workflow Notifications. Notifications are something that apply to all invitees of a certain event type. I will mark this as a feature request and make sure that our product team takes a look at this.
