Hey team,

I'm puzzled by this error message that pops up occasionally as I try to arrange a meeting through the app on my desktop.

It doesn't come up all the time, I can book other meetings this way with ease.

I resolve this problem by opening the live booking page and making the booking there for the exact time that the app has just told me NO to.

There's no clash on my calendar, and there's no buffer time challenge.

I'd love some insights

Unfortunately this is a known bug that our product team is actively working on. We should have this resolved soon and I will update you when we have more news. So sorry for any inconvenience this is causing you!
