The email field on my scheduling form is prepopulating with my calendly account email. The scheduling form email field should initially be blank for users to enter their personal email address to send meeting invite. How can I change my settings or configuration so that the form email field is initially blank when users are attempting to schedule a meeting?
Hi
I just checked your public facing event on my side and that field is not filling in automatically. But if I click into it, my browser (Chrome) automatically detects it’s an email field and inserts my email address, which is what I think is going on. The light blue background in the field is usually what appears when Chrome populates a field with saved information.
All that to say - I’m fairly certain your invitees aren’t seeing your email address in that field and should be able to insert theirs. If you want to be sure, open up your event in a different browser you aren’t logged into or in an incognito window.
Hope this helps!
