The "Event type" is not showing on my workflow email template

I’ve created several courses and workflows for each of them.

I have set one up that sends a link to our booking form and, within the email I have added a variable that says, Thank you for your interest in the [EVENT NAME]

However, after applying and saving, the event name just shows as standard text and does not insert the course name as it does for the invitee’s name for example.

How do I ensure this stays on the email and performs as intended?

In this case, it may be an issue with how the variable is formatted. Instead of [Event Name], you’d want to use braces or curly brackets instead like so: {{Event Name}}

The variable should change to being highlighted in grey, once its saved, all future bookings should use that variable correctly. Let me know if you have any questions!
