Ticket opening is broken! How can i get an expert response to a ticket?

Teams integration is NOT working--i have opened 3 chats; in theory THREE tickets-

  1. link to ticket never goes active--it always says: 

    oops

    The page you were looking for doesn't exist

    You may have mistyped the address or the page may have moved

  2. cannot get to an expert--instructions non-experts have sent do not work

Hi ​@Renee30271 thanks for reaching out.

Just to confirm, are you able to open a ticket with the support team? Its just the link to view the ticket in full is not working, is that correct?

What seems to be going on with the integration? Any specific errors your seeing? Let me know!

I need to communicate with an EXPERT--have had 3 chat sessions; explained issues in detail twice--one with on-line screen share--guests cannot join meeting- I met for an hour yesterday with a microsoft TEAMS EXPERT (Per his linkedin profile--not just per microsoft)-- he signed up for a meeting through the calendly link i sent---he could not join the meeting!

I need an EXPERT in Calendly/Teams integration +screen share.
