Time Window Arrival

Is there a way to have the client select a time window? Say from 7am to 10am, where up to 3 clients can select an appointment from?  All I can see is specific times.

    Hi Lukas02823! You could create a Group Event that has a max of three attendees. These events are specifically designed for one host with many attendees. You can set the meeting length and maximum number of attendees in the event settings. Additionally, if the expectation is that clients meet for a length of time that is different than the three hour window you mentioned You can modify the ‘welcome message’ on your profile page. It’s the first text box at the top. If you don’t want attendees showing up at conflicting times, I would actually create a shorter One-on-One meeting and control your availability with meeting buffers, maximum daily limits, and calendar settings all under Scheduling Settings.
