Hi,  I’m enjoying calendrly but when one of my customers makes an appointment I get a confirmation which is great BUT the time is not NZ time.  I’ve a lot of appointment set up so I don’t want to remake the options.  I’ve looked on the forum and that was not helpful. Can I please get assistance

One place I would check is the time zone in your profile settings here: https://calendly.com/app/personal/profile

If this isn’t adjusted, it can default to a different time zone, causing the emails to be incorrect.

Calendly is HORRIBLE with time zones. When you schedule an in-person meeting, it sends a confirmation email with a different time zone than where the meeting takes place, even if you’ve locked the time zone to the correct time zone in your meeting location. I’ve become SO DESPERATE that I have to add a note to everyone who schedules with me. I’m much nicer than I want, I want to say “I’m so sorry for using Calendly and putting you through this, I will find a better option as soon as I can.” Instead I send this to everyone:

 

The scheduling software, Calendly, is a little finicky with the time zones. We’ve tried locking the time zone to Houston time - Central US, but your confirmation email may use a different time zone, which it will say. Make sure to adjust times to reflect the time in Central US time as reflected in the calendar invite. For example, if you scheduled for 3:30pm Houston time, the confirmation may say 4:30 Eastern time - but we’ll meet at 3:30 Houston time in Houston. Follow what shows in the calendar invite.

Right off the bat, I’d recommend looking at your event settings & profile settings and make sure both are set to the correct time zone: https://calendly.com/app/personal/profile
