I live in NY. Many of my clients are on the west coast of the US. I have my times set for ET. Apparently, when they read their reminders they are not reading that the time is for ET. Maybe I have done something incorrectly, though I’ve checked for “locked time zone” and they are not checked. How can I make certain my client’s reminders are coming to them in their time zone.

Are they seeing West Coast time appear in their reminders? Does it line up with the time in EST? Let me know! I can dig into it some more from there.
Thanks David. I do no have a screen shot, though I’ll ask for one. The client I had today could barely get on Zoom.
The woman today wrote me yesterday saying she “couldn’t possibly” make a 1 PM appointment when she booked it for 10 AM. She’s in Oregon. So something went wrong there.
