Hi community, 

I have had a phone meeting come into my calendar at a time I do not have available. The client is in a different time zone, however, the time is not available in my availability. Not sure how this can happen? Thoughts?

The first thing I have users check is their availability schedule assignments. Sometimes if users have a wide range of different events, sometimes their availability schedule is not attached to each one, causing issues like you’re seeing. Can you go over to your Availability page (https://calendly.com/app/availability/schedules) and select the Active On drop down to ensure its applied to the correct events? You can find this here:
