I do appreciate having the calendar view back, so thank you.

 

However, when I block off an hour, it shows up as blocked off on both the calendar and date specific hours (great!)

When I add a day, or an hour, it shows up in my calendar (great!)

But the hour I blocked off still shows up as available to clients for booking.

The day I added does not show up as available to clients for booking.

I have tried troubleshooting and it doesn’t reveal anything. I have none of my calendars (Outlook, etc) linked to my bookings, either.

Hi ​@Mary06744! Thanks for reaching out, sorry to hear this is going on!

In this case, the first thing we’ll want to check here is the Active on dropdown on your availability page. This controls which events in Calendly the schedule applies to. You can find this by going to your availability page and selecting the dropdown, and assigning it to your events. Could you give this a try and let me know if it works?

Thank you, the interface with the calendar (being able to easily add and take away hours available in my schedule) is usable again for my business.
