Just a heads up, I removed your email and phone number from the post to avoid having your PII (Personal Identifiable Information) on a public forum.

It looks like our chatbot has been up and running the past couple days, Are you seeing any errors when trying to start a request? I want to be sure you can get in touch with our support time if the need arises in the future.

I can create a ticket on your behalf if needed, but using the chatbot is definitely the quickest way to contact them. 🙂

Thanks David!  I still cannot get the chatbot to work - it says it is experiencing technical difficulties and we’re working on it.  Will you please create a ticket on my behalf so someone will contact me about training?  Take care.

In the case of the chat-bot, does this happen in any other browsers or if you open an incognito window? Still not sure why you’re seeing that error!

Hello, 

I am also experiencing similar issues with the chat box . I have attached an image of what the chat box message has been showing all week. (even in different browsers and private incognito window). Let me know if there is anything else I can do to troubleshoot this.

I do have the same tech error message from that link as well.
