Transfer Between Event Types

Hello, 

 

I have a event type for different coaches. If someone booked one Coach but now I need to move them under a different Coach, how can I reschedule across “event types”?

 

 

Hey @Coach16052! Unfortunately there is no way to officially reschedule an invitee for a different event type than they originally booked. What I’d suggest here is taking the information from “details” under the invitee’s original booking (under “scheduled events” > “upcoming”) and then cancel that booking. Then, go to the booking page for the new host you’d like to book them with and enter their information to book for them. They will then get a confirmation for the new booking. As long as the new host has the availability, you can rebook them for the same date/time as well. I hope this work around is helpful!
