Trying to transfer an account, but user accidently made an account already

I created a Calendly account for a client. Unfortunately, they accidently created another free account. Now Calendly won’t let me transfer the account to this client because their email already exists in the system. How do we go about removing his new account account and give him access to the account that I created for him?

Thank you!

Hi @Mike64526 - Thanks for reaching out!

In this case, the best way to do this is to direct the client to delete the newly created account by following the steps here: https://help.calendly.com/hc/en-us/articles/4421436573207-How-to-delete-your-account

Once the account is deleted, you’ll be able to transfer the account then.

Let me know if you have any questions!
