A client and I are trying to schedule video interviews to take place over the course of a conference but I am not able to see what has been booked in the calendar (or with whom) even though I’m a co-host. Nothing is syncing to my Outlook either. Please help!

Just to confirm, how is this event setup? Is this a Collective event that you’re both included on, or something different?

Yes, it’s a collective event that we’re both co-hosts on.  

What we’re trying to do is use calendly to line up video interviews at a conference. She sent an email invitation out to the subjects and invited them to select days/times for interviews using the link to the calendly collective event that she created. The appointments are showing up for her but I can’t see any of them (just what appointment slots are available using the booking page). We each have our own logins to the calendly account.

Any help you can offer is greatly appreciated.

Okay got it, so to provide some context on how Collective Events push to calendars: Calendly creates only one calendar record for a Collective Event on the Primary Publisher's calendar. Then, the Primary Publisher's calendar sends invitations to the rest of the team, if they are all using the same cloud calendar provider

 

The Primary Publisher in this case, is usually whoever created the meeting. Do you know if the other co-host uses the same calendar provider (Google, Office 365, Outlook) or a different one? If they use a different one than yours, I would double check your trash and spam folders to see if there is a calendar invite from them.
