Title sums it up. I’m trying to change my profile picture, country and timezone, yet I keep getting this error message.

I’ve tried clearing my cache and cookies as well as attempting the change from multiple devices, including one that’s never had a Calendly log in ever, all to be prompted with the same message, so the error is clearly either in my account or server-side.

Anyone else have the same issue, or ideally a solution?

Looks like you’ve already taken all of the basic steps here - Do you see any improvement with this today? If not, I’d recommend reaching out to our support team so they can take a deeper dive into the backend to see what might be going on. I have not seen any improvement Im afraid — even tried again just now to no avail.

I’m also afraid that reaching out to the support team was the first thing I did, but it was rather unfruitful; I was given the above instructions, which I tried to no success, and in the time it took me to try them the chat ended.

Where should I go from here?


Hi ​@Juston TheRazor - Could you tell me about the specific changes you’re trying to make? I’d like to see if I can reproduce the error on my end as well. Any screenshots would be a massive help as well.

I can see if there is anything else I can try from my end, if not, starting a new chat with the support team would be the way to go.
