Updating Event Link

I have been on hold waiting for an agent to answer via chat box. I am trying to update the actual verbiage of the link itself to reflect the new year- 2025. How do I update this? Each time I attempt this is the message I receive-  Invalid. Please use lowercase only 'a-z', '0-9', '-', or '_' characters

Can you send me a screenshot of what you’re seeing when you type it in the event name? I can see if I can replicate it on my end as well.

Hi ​@SandraJayne - Would you be able to send it to support@calendly.com instead? I’ll be able to locate it from there.

Keep in mind, if there are any spaces in the booking linkit would be marked as invalid. Instead, it would need to be formatted as (calendly.com/yourlink/new-year-2025)
