I have a huge problem: my calendar is making all time slots available, regardless of whether they are already blocked in the connected calendars or have already been booked. Within a very short time, dozens of double bookings have occurred, and I have now had to take the calendar offline.
According to the chat, a support ticket is supposedly being created, but that is not working. No ticket is actually being created or displayed, so I am not receiving any support.
What am I supposed to do?
