Use Single Use Links on website

I want to offer a first session free for my services. However, people can book as many times as they want because I don’t have a way to track and block repeat-users.

How can I do that efficiently on Calendly?

Hi @Ed70080,

Single use links would be the best bet here. Have you considered perhaps using a form to get the initial contact and then providing a single use link in reply to a completed form?

hi Jillian

Im actually using a form (typeform) that then links to calendly - how do I automate this process to it generates a unique link based on the typeform info?

Hi Ed,

There’s no really great way to automate this unless you want to look into generating a bunch of links, dropping them in a spreadsheet, and then using something like Zapier to send them out to new form replies. Definitely an area of improvement and something I’ll suggest to our Product team!

Ok so not what I need - it’s virtually impossible to manually do that and still be profitable :D
