Using a person's calendly link to create a different collective group link

When you create a Collective event with multiple users, you’ll have the option to setup availability for that person OR use one of their existing schedules. It will look something like this:
 

Most users will use the Set Hours by Host option, then making sure the users Working Hours schedule is selected. This makes sure it would pull from their available times that they’ve already setup.

Thank you. This makes sense. I have the other host’s calendly link for the times they have already set up as a separate single calendly link that they can send to other people independently. Where would I put in that specific calendly link for that host?

Understood! I also wanted to point out that  if you want to copy them from one of their active event types, you’ll just need to create the collective event, add them as a host, the under the availability section, click these three dots, then click Apply to/from event types:
 

This adapt their hours either from either their schedule, or one of their active events!

In regards to the link, you can make changes to it by selecting more options on the bottom of the page, then selecting booking page options here: 
 

You’ll be able to make any changes to the link as needed!
