Hello everyone,

I hope you're doing well! I would like to know if it's possible to configure Calendly to use my personal email address for sending notifications and appointment confirmations instead of using the default Calendly email (notifications@calendly.com).

I want to ensure that my clients receive confirmation emails directly from me, which would add a more personal touch to our communications.

Additionally, is there a way to use my profile photo from my Calendly account in the emails sent instead of the default Calendly branding?

If anyone has advice or solutions on how to set this up, I would greatly appreciate it!

Currently, Calendly doesn’t allow you to fully replace our default email (notifications@calendly.com) with your personal email for sending notifications and appointment confirmations. However, switching from Basic Notifications to Workflow Reminders, you can set up other communications, like appointment reminders, to come from you email.  I’m leaving some resources below with more details about email notifications and workflows.
