I'm an admin and cannot access the 'all users and events' anymore. I get an error when I click on that link telling me to upgrade. I have always been able to go into the 'all' before?

I’m sorry to hear this is happening. What plan are you currently on?
If you were on the free trial or a paid plan before but are on the free plan, now, you will not be able to access paid features (like adding/removing users from your organization, events for other users, workflows, advanced integrations and so on).
If you are seeing a prompt to upgrade, I am betting you are now on our free plan, and will need to upgrade to do this and use other paid features. I hope this helps!
