Hi there,

I have several users and I want clients to be able to see all of their calendars at 1 time, on 1 page. With clients able to select without requiring to toggle back and forth between each of my user’s respective calendars. It doesn’t appears that Teams, Collective, or Red Robin has them all on 1 calendar page. I don’t want clients assigned a user, I want them to select one without needing to individually view each calendar separately. Can this be done?

Hi @Julie32126 - Thanks for reaching out!

Could you tell me a little more about what you’re looking to do? Are you wanting the invitees to be able to select their host from the calendar to view their availability?  The closest feature we have to this currently is through the Team Page, which allows invitees to see all events under this team, and choose one from the landing page:

You can read more about this process here: How to let invitees choose their host using a team page

Let me know if you have any questions!

if i sync my 4 personal & work calendars to calendly, can i view an aggregate of all of the calendars in one view?

Hi @vidura143 - Thanks for reaching out.

If you go to the One-off events page, this will show you a page of all the events Calendly is picking up from your calendars. It will look something like this:

this is fantastic, thank you!!!!  :)

No, that’s not what I was hoping for. I was hoping for literally 1 view of the month/week/day and be able to see availability from all of the calendars. Which may overlap, but then the client could choose what works best with his/her schedule.

Understood @Julie32126 - In this case, the closest feature we have is the Round Robin event. This doesn’t allow them to see each users availability individually, but it does display a booking page that has everyones availability posted. Once the invitee selects a date and time, the first available host for that time will get the booking, then it rotates to the next user.

Let me know if you have any questions on this.
