Hello, I would second that request. My clients somehow are left with no immediate optionsfor scheduling and it would be great to have a waitlist option. Do you have a sense on the timing of getting this product available?

Hi! I’d like to third this request - we host training sessions with a pretty high demand, so sometimes we end up booked out weeks for customers to be able to schedule a training.
The issue is, sometimes a customer has to cancel same-day because of the industry we work in. It would be great for us to have a sort of “waitlist” for customers who have requested a training session weeks out, so that we could reach out to those customers if we have a cancellation and offer a sooner time for them, rather than them having to wait even though we have open spots available that day.
I'd like to support the request for a waitlist feature for our business’s training sessions. Due to high demand, our sessions often get booked weeks in advance. Unfortunately, we experience same-day cancellations that leave open slots, while other customers are required to wait multiple weeks to schedule a session.
A waitlist would allow us to:
- Optimize training session capacity: Fill last-minute cancellations efficiently.
- Reduce customer wait times: Offer sooner training opportunities to waitlisted customers.
- Improve customer satisfaction: Provide a better and more flexible experience.
I’d also like to support the request. It takes up a huge amount of my time to inform waiting clients about a free timeslot.

I’d also like to support this request. I organize coaching session and sometimes open time slots in the WE for some customers with low flexibility. Before offering multiple slots I want to assess the demand for a certain day. If people could enroll on a waiting list I’d have a better view.
Hi! I’m using Calendly to help customers book learning sessions, and I have a large team of people who can host these sessions. It would be great if Calendly could create a waitlist option so that if I’m not specifically available at the customer’s desired time, I could know what the customer prefers and then check with my team to see if anyone else is available to lead that learning session with the customer.

I can only echo that. I do have a strong demand for my service and a lot of traffic on my site but only limited capacity. Currently I am losing potential leads using calendly, because there is no option to forward them to a waitlist. For me as a psychotherapist the feature would solve two problems:
- Build an audience to scale my business in the future (customer backlog)
- Quickly fill blank spots in my calendar due to cancellation.
For Healthcare professionals Doctolib in Europe already provides that feature. It would be great to see calendly catching up here!
