Hello,

We have implemented a Calendly account to facilitate efficient scheduling of meetings between employees and their managers. To ensure seamless coordination, we have synced the Calendly calendar with Google Calendar. However, we are eager to enhance this system further.

Specifically, the manager desires the ability to allocate specific weeks of the month for different groups of employees to schedule their check-in meetings. This means that some employees should be able to schedule meetings during the first week of the month, others during the second week, and the remainder during the third week.

Despite our best efforts, creating an additional calendar to accommodate these specific scheduling needs has proven to be a challenge. Google has indicated that this functionality is not currently available.

We are seeking a solution that will allow us to effectively implement this scheduling requirement within Calendly. Any guidance or assistance in achieving this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Hi @tekle,

You shouldn’t have to create and connect a different calendar for each of these meetings. Instead, simply create a different One-on-One Event Type for each cohort of employees. Within each event type you can specify date specific ranges in which booking is available. While our Date Specific hours aren’t dynamic, like “first week of every month” for instance, you do have a calendar view and can set multiple dates at the same time. This way you could schedule out available weeks for the rest of the year if you like. I’ll leave a resource below about setting schedules and date specific hours.
