Why are these orange exclamation popints showing up here?

Is this just because there are not a lot of scheduling availabilities for these round-robin events?

Why is there no documentation of this or inline helper text?

Of note, when I click the alert it just takes me to the event’s routing logic configuration page, and when I check the events page, there ae no alert symbols.

What are you trying to tell us, Calendly???

It is December and folks are noting on their calendas e.g. x-mas/new year’s vacation this month, so this seems a plausible reason, however, I can find NO documentation detailing what the waning indicates.

Any ideas?

Thanks!

Hi @mixelpix - Thanks for reaching out about this!

Usually this borrows from an error about the event that indicates that a location is not set for a user. Could you go through to each event and ensure locations are assigned to each user? Let me know if this works or if you run into anything else.

Hi @David,

ensure locations are assigned to each user

I.e. verify that the Round Robin Hosts are selected?  Or, do you mean in the Event Details?

In the former case, they are indeed selected; if the latter; each round robin host’s location (i.e. their integrated Zoom meeting) is configured as well.

Got it - Thanks for confirming that! I did a little more digging in this case, I was able to find that our Product team has confirmed this unexpected behavior and is currently looking into the issue; however we do not have a timeline as for when this will be resolved. We have your post linked in our tracking system and will update you as soon as we have more information.

This shouldn’t cause any issues with your routing form, this should only appear as a display problem. I’ll keep an eye out and update you with anything else I hear. Thanks @mixelpix!
