when customer book a timeslot the invitation e-mail is empty

After booking via LinkedIn a timeslot the customer get a invitation/ confirmation Email.

 

The subject line is filled out but the email Message is empty-  in the very beginning when I made the setup it works once proberly.

Got anyone an idea how to solve this problem?

Would you be able to create a test event and send us a screenshot of what that confirmation looks like? Do you also see this event created in Calendly as well?

thanks for getting back to me.

 

The problem was an issue with outlook, which I could fix by myself- now everything works.

 

Another question. When a customer get an Invitation message “via calendly” is vanished. Do you have an idea how we can put back to the message?

Hi ​@Kai73316.

In this case, I believe this is removed when you turn off Branding in your account. If you turn the Branding back on, “Via Calendly” should be added back! You can do this from this page here: https://calendly.com/app/personal/branding
