I am the account manager for our Calendly account - I have 6 colleagues who sometimes I need to reschedule Calendly bookings with and we also have a “round robin” set up.

When a client originally books a Calendly appointment, this goes into my colleagues’ diary but if I log in to reschedule (at their or the clients’ request) the updated appointment is not reflected in my colleagues diaries. 

I wondered if this was anything to do with Calendar Sync settings in the Connected Calendars sections so I checked and it is only my calendar which is connected - is this is the issue?  If so, does that mean they need to log in and sync their calendars because I don’t know their passwords?

Hey there @Vivien1977 - so sorry for the delayed response! Your post somehow fell into the void. I’m here, now! 

Is this still an ongoing issue - or have you managed to figure it out? 

If the issue is ongoing, in order to better help you troubleshoot - do you mind including a screen recording using a free recorder (like Loom) to record the exact process you are working through when rescheduling a booking so that I can see it, and better understand and help?
