Where am I able to find "Minimum Notice" in settings?

 I am trying to avoid same day appointments but am unable to locate within Settings.  Is this option available on the free version?

Avoiding same-day appointments is available on the free plan! This is configured through the event settings under the Availability Tab. Under Date-Range you’ll find the option to change it here:
