Today, Tuesday May 13th, 2025, was when I, as the organizer, was supposed to run my Webinar 101. From a notice on Google Calendar, there were FOUR paid registrants. And the Zoom link 

YET, NO ONE SHOWED SHOWED UP. 

  1. Not only that….I got NO INDIVIDUAL EMAILS representing each of the four that were shown on my Google Calendar to have signed up for today, May 13th.
  2. Not only that, because I got no individual emails for each of those four, I also didn’t get to see their two questions each which they would have filled out when registering.  
  3. Not only that, on my Meetings page, today’s Webinar 101 wasn’t even showing for today. 
  4. Not only that, it was shown that I have a May 20th availability for Webinar 101 and one person signed up. BUT THERE IS NO MAY 20th WEBINAR for 101. But there is one for my Webinar 201 on May 20th. Yet I could NOT remove May 20th for the Webinar 101.
  5. Not only that, the Booking for Webinar 101 only shows May 20th, when I clearly have May 13th for 101, and May 27th for 101. WHAT???
  6. Not only that, I went into Calendly to see what is going on….and for some reason, after near 6 weeks of successful webinars, I saw that ALL TUESDAYS in MAY were available for Webinar 101. What?? So I quickly changed over a day ago to where the Webinar 101 is ONLY for May 13th and May 27th. The other Webinar 201 is for May 6th (already occurred) and May 20th.
  7. Not only that, I have to keep my fingers cross that by REMOVING the one paid participant for the erroneous May 20th availability, it will REMOVE that wrong May 20th availability. YET BOOKING shows it as available for Webinar 101.
  8. Not only that, Calendly crashed all yesterday evening, May 12th.
  9. Not only that, Calendly says I can click on the Live Chat on the lower right for help. THERE IS NOTHING TO CLICK ON THE LOWER RIGHT. And I am a paid participant, which says I get the Chat. NOPE. 

    I went to the Community. Someone very nice tried to help. I appreciated him. But even he didn’t know how to help me other than to try to remove the one signed up participant for the erroneous May 20th, which I will do now. 

    SIGNING UP FOR CALENDLY was a HUGE mistake. 

 

I also am forced to reply to myself to ask: HOW CAN THIS MESS BE SENT DIRECTLY TO CALENDLY???

I did just REMOVE the one individual who signed up for a May 20th Webinar 101. I am getting ready to manually refund her. WHEN is Calendly going to REMOVE May 20th from booking? The Webinar 101 shows Tuesday May 13th and Tuesday May 27th. 

Why do we not get DIRECT support from Calendly, especially when we pay, as I do, yet there is NO chat on the bottom right?

Were you able to reach support by emailing them at support@calendly.com? Just wanted to make sure you have that option.

(I’d even try using a different web browser like Microsoft Edge, Chrome, or Firefox if possible)


With a lot of these problems you’re running into, I think its going to take a closer look from our support team. So I want to make sure you can access them!

Hi David. I confess to never seeing a way to email them at all recently! Just mention of a chat on the bottom right, which has NEVER been there for me, even when I tried Firefox. Yet I should be seeing it since I pay for Calendly.
