Hm, thats interesting that its displaying that. By default, profile picture avatars must be at least 90px x 90px and less than 5mb in size. Your branding logo will need to be at least 440px x 240px and less than 5mb in size. I will need to check in on this to see what might be causing this issue, in the meantime, can you try reducing the size of the avatar to see if that fixes it? Thank you!

I’ve tried changing the size but every time I upload the picture, I get the same message.  I’m no expert with all these sizes but my computer says the image is 300 x 300 px so that should work as is according to the screenshot message.

In some cases when the resolution of the image is too high, it will display an error message like this. However, the limit for the avatar is 90px by 90px, not 5000x5000 as its displaying. Apologies for the confusion there.
