I have recently changed my settings in Zoom from waiting room (which does not work for us anymore), to enter meetings with a passcode. The settings work directly through Zoom but not when coming through from Calendly, so Calendly has not recognised the change and is still using the waiting room.

 

Can someone please advise how I can them to sync, I have searched and seen that i am not the only one that has had this issue.

The first thing we’ll want to check here is ensuring the setting is both enabled and locked like so:

 

If the setting is enabled, and not locked, it would not trigger for Calendly events in this case. As an added, If a you do not see the lock icon, you should reach out to your Zoom admin, they can adjust it on their end as well.

Can you give this a try, then book a new test event in Calendly? It should start working from there. 🙂
