Why is assigned managed workflow (send booking confirmation via text) not showing up in the notification sequence for individual team members?

As admin, I’ve created a managed workflow -- send booking confirmation via text.  I’ve applied that workflow to every managed event type for the organization.  When I go into any managed event from my admin profile, the workflow shows up in the notification sequence.

However, when examining the notification sequence from the team member perspective, the managed workflow does not show up, even though it has been applied.

Is this a bug, or am I doing something wrong?

It’s not a bug. Managed workflows applied at the admin level don’t automatically appear in each team member’s notification sequence. Team members need to have the workflow explicitly assigned to their event types or permissions updated so they can see it. Check that the workflow is applied to each member’s event type individually.
