This is really the ONLY thing that sets you apart from other calendar managers. Please add it back or I can just go with a cheaper version like TidyCal
Hi
Thank you for the feedback. The suite of UI changes have been focused giving everyone faster control over their meetings and settings from a single screen. We believe that by streamlining how availability is managed, we can offer a more intuitive and straightforward experience. That said, we understand the frustration that comes with promptly changing peoples’ workflows. With any new rollout there will be unexpected updates and user feedback makes a big difference in how we proceed forward. All that is to say, we do hear you and your feedback is being considered. I’ve marked this as a feature request and will make sure it gets in front of our product team promptly.
I too commonly used the functionality and disappointed to no longer see it available. Among other workflows, I used it to schedule available times on specific days when I am normally not available. How do I do this now. It seems like the only way to do this is to set this as normal available times, then exclude specific dates. That can be highly cumbersome and take significant time to incorporate it

It’s not really not about getting used to a new work flow. We live in a time where technology changes rapidly. I know how to adjust. This is the matter of getting rid of a very useful and unique part of your interface. So what you ”believe’ is irrelevant. The reality is Tidycal is a flat fee of $29 while Calendly is $15 a month. So it’s really a matter of what’s the best value.
With this change your interface is the exact same as Tidycal. I can get used to a new work flow for a far cheaper rate. I’ve already purchased it. So if you don’t add it back you’ve lost me as a customer. I’d be an idiot to pay you monthly otherwise.
Adding my feedback to every relevant thread. Massive step backward in functionality. Interesting take to weigh internal UI preferences against actual, overwhelming, active user feedback. I have loved you all for so long; your product streamlined so much of my communication. This is inconvenient enough for me to look for alternatives. It’s easier for me to manually do this now. Please give us an option for a Calendar view!
I agree - this is a needed feature! Bring it back. I cannot see the manual days/hours that I had scheduled for the future. My schedule is significantly different from week to week and definitely during my seasonal hours. Without this, I am in the dark. And this solution isn’t helpful/valuable any longer.
I’ve cancelled my subscription with Calendly. It’s a monthly fee and without that feature not worth it to me. Tidycal is a flat fee of $29, imported all my settings and events from Calendly and functions exactly the same. That calendar was a deal breaker for me.
Hi
We recently made an update and your calendar view is back!
We hope this helps make managing your availability easier. Feedback like yours helped us prioritize restoring this feature, so please keep the feedback coming. Thank you!
Bravo, Calendly crew! Appreciate you reading and implementing feedback. So so happy to have the calendar view back. It’s such a great feature that sets you apart. Thank you, thank you!
Except proper calendar view isn’t really back, is it?! I can indeed access “View Calendar” but it essentially the just shows an empty calendar, with none of my existing meetings pulled from my linked work calendars. I am then invited to say which hours I am available, but how do I know this when it’s not pulling and displaying info from my real calendars. I don’t see this is any better than simply presenting the list of times (again with no relation to my actual calendar bookings). I can’t find how to get back to the great “live” calendar view Calendly use to have (and which made it so great before the update) where you could see at a glance exactly when you had availability, with info pulled from your actual calendar, and you could could click on those free slots to select them for offering to recipients. What am I missing?!

Hi
By chance, are you referring to the one-off event editor? The Availability page has not shown upcoming events, instead just allows you to adjust your weekly & date-specific hours. However, the One-off meeting editor sounds closer to what your looking for, as it allows you to see your upcoming events, and select slots to send to your invitees:

Let me know if this is what you were looking for!
Oh this is fantastic!!
Thank you very much indeed David, this is exactly what I was looking and hoping for. Grateful for your prompt reply.
Thanks again!
Mike
