I keep trying to upload a picture but it keeps turning sideways, how can I stop this from happening?

The best advice that I can give is….it’s good to be square!
A square shape is the best way to ensure your profile picture is uploading properly. Also, keep in mind, that it must meet the following requirements as well:
- 90px x 90px
- 5mb or less in size
As long as it meets those requirements, and with a bit of cropping, your profile avatar should be uploaded properly!
