Why so hard to contact sales team

Hi, I’m Marco from OpraMind agency, i would like to introduce caledly caledar/api to my clients and embed it in my production apps, so i need to talk about an enterprise plan. It’s been a week since i tried many times to contact sales team, but nobody ever replied to me, is it normal? or what’s happening, thanks in advance if someone can redirect me to them
