Hey there,
I have an event that many intervees could join in in different time. But I noticed that sometime some of my intervees would be canceled by myself and in fact I didn’t do anything to their sign-up. How could I solve this problem?

Hi
So sorry this is happening. That very frustrating. I think I will need a little more information to help problem solve on this one. Would you mind taking a screen shot and posting here of where you are seeing that you cancelled a meeting with an invitee?
I recieved this email.
Could you see the picture? I just post it here but it gone.
Something to check: head to your Calendar Connection page page > Underneath your connected calendars look for “Deleting or declining an event in your calendar will also cancel it in Calendly” (available with Google Calendar and Outlook.com/O365 Calendars), is that box checked?
If that is checked and you decline or cancel an event on your internal calendar that will automatically cancel that event for your invitee. Some users have had some issues where some particular setting within their connected calendar is causing automatic cancellations.
Outside of that, because this looks like something that might have gone awry in your account, it’s a bit out of the scope of things I can dig into deeply enough to assist with troubleshooting-wise, here in community.
Please log into your Calendly account and click “chat with us!” at the bottom right corner, or click “help” in your account. Our support team is available 24/7 and they will assist you and find out what’s up!
Yes “Deleting or declining an event in your calendar will also cancel it in Calendly” is checked. But I didn’t cancel any event in my Google Calendar too. Will this also happens even though I didn’t do anything to my google calendar?
As for the “chat with us!” function, I used it before but it seems a robot not real person. Can I also ask for real person’s help via “ chat with us!”?
For chat, yes if you stay on and describe your problem you will be routed to a customer support person who will look into your issue in real time. They are super knowledgable and can both help you diagnose the problem as well as work with you to solve it.
Thanks for your help!
