Widget not displaying

Widget not displaying on Chrome and Firefox, but okay on Safari. I’m using a popup embed on my Thinkific site. I’m using Calendly for customers to sign up for classes. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I’ve updated all browsers and that sorted things out in the short term. But the widget’s appearance continues to be inconsistent especially in Firefox and Chrome. Again, any clues, anyone?

Hi @Kate37761!

Hmm. Firefox and Chrome both tend to have more add-ons, integrations, settings, etc. that can impact embedded elements of any type, Calendly widgets included. What I’d suggest doing is using the ‘Console’ element on your browser to figure out what isn’t loading and what might be blocking it. There’s usually some bit of info that helps start troubleshooting.

More on Console here: https://developer.chrome.com/docs/devtools/console#:~:text=The%20main%20uses%20of%20the%20Chrome%20DevTools%20Console%20are%20logging%20messages%20and%20running%20JavaScript.
