I set workflow for all my events, but recently, my client told me that text reminder doesn’t work.
I checked every workflow and they seem ok.
do you have any suggestions to test oworkflow or fix the problem.

If the text reminders in your workflows aren’t working, double-check that the phone numbers entered by your clients are accurate and in the correct format. Ensure that the text reminder feature is properly enabled for each workflow and event. It’s also a good idea to test the workflow by scheduling a mock event to see if the reminder is sent.
