I am attempting to add an email to the above workflow, but it is only allowing me to add names of other Calendly users.  My understanding is that I can use any email address in the To: line.

Outlook has been integrated and it works for another workflow not this one.

Yes you should be able to add any emails to the ‘TO:’ line, however, If you’re adding an email that's not in your organization, you’ll need to hit ENTER to add it:
