Is there a way for notifications to be sent to someone who is not a host, or an invitee?  For example, a host might have a manager/supervisor that would like to be notified of all bookings and cancellations.  Is there a way to either automatically add an email address to every booking so they can receive all notifications?  OR is there a way to incorporate this into a workflow to send an email notification to a someone who is not a host or an invitee?

Hi Community member! 👋

This is a great question! Yes, you can integrate Zapier to keep an alternate email in the Loop of all meetings being scheduled.

You can read more about getting Zapier set up in our help article, getting started with Zapier.

I hope you find this helpful. Please let us know if you have questions.

This needed to integrated in the workflow! as the Zapier has no control of the content.

Hey @CompuBC - there is no way to add a user to a Workflow that is not a host or an invitee, no. That being said, we do have a workaround that may help!
You can set up a forwarding filter in your inbox to automatically forward all emails received from notifications@calendly.com. You can even forward notifications for a specific event type by filtering by subject titles that include the event type name. This will not post the events directly on another calendar, but it may be helpful in making this process a bit easier if that is needed.
