Under the workflows option - I want to create a post-session thank you email for after the session in order to start obtaining some reviews. How do I work around "no shows" to the sessions - in order for them not to receive a post-session email?

You’ll be glad to know we thought of this when building out Workflows. Anyone you mark as a no-show will not receive scheduled post-meeting Workflows. More info here: https://help.calendly.com/hc/en-us/articles/4402509436823-Marking-no-shows-in-Workflows

One tip from personal experience: Make sure your post-meeting workflow doesn’t fire too soon after the scheduled meeting time and gives you a chance to mark as no-show if needed. I personally have my post-meeting workflow set for 1 hour after the end of the meeting just so I’ve got time to mark no-shows, make adjustments to workflows, etc.
