I’m in the UK and looking to have a client in Australia meet with me using Calendly.

My working hours are upto 2300 UTC to accommodate things like this but my client is unable to book calls past 1230pm…

Why do my working hours not translate across timezones when clients are trying to book a meeting?

Hi @Nick11205 - Thanks for reaching out.

Do you know which exact Timezone this user is in? For example, 2300 UTC is 1000 in AEDT (Melbourne time), which would prevent those users from booking past that time.

Its possible there could be an issue with a event blocking a specific group of times, you can verify this by using the Troubleshooting tool on your booking page:

Let me know - I can dig a bit deeper from there.
